[PC Windows]
Windows users have several options for capturing their screen, here we will cover the two most commonly used methods on the platform.
- Option 1: "Print Screen" button:
The Print Screen key on your PC keyboard allows you to capture your entire screen(s):
Once you are on the game item you wish to capture, press the "Prt Scrn" key on your keyboard. This is usually located after the F12 key, but its location may vary if you are using a laptop.
The location of the key on a standard QWERTY keyboard.
Once the key has been pressed, the image will be ready to be saved either on a software dedicated to images such as Paint (supplied with your Windows PC) or even your word processing software (OpenOffice, Microsoft Word..)
To upload the image, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to "paste" the file and then save the file giving it the name you want.
Through the form of your support ticket, use the "Attachments" option to send us your image(s).
- Option 2: The Windows Snipping Tool.
Windows includes a tool that allows you to take screenshots more accurately, and also to save the images directly without using other software such as Paint or Word. We recommend this option, of the two available.
If you are a Windows 10/11 user, you can launch the tool instantly by pressing Shift + Windows key + S key. You can refer to the visual aid to locate the keys on your keyboard if you need to:

Your mouse cursor should change to a cross-hair allowing you to select an area of your screen.
When finished, you will be presented with a preview of your image, which you can annotate if you wish. Save it.
In your Zendesk support ticket form, use the "Attachments" option to send us your image(s).
